Preparation of architectural, Structural, electrical, sanitary and Water supply working drawings to comprehensively explain the construction of the proposed building and its external development.
Preparation of specification, schedule of quantities, estimates and tenders for civil, electrical, sanitary, water supply works.
Verifying the bills of the contractors and rendering all the post contract services till the completion certificate is obtained and the defects liability period is over. |
